Recently, intensive inspectors in key areas of the Blue Sky Defence War continued in 2018-2019, and many rubber companies were named by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment for environmental issues.
On August 22, the First Inspector Group of Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province inspected Kaihang Rubber Products Co., Ltd.
At that time, the company was producing, and the VOCs collection and treatment facilities were not installed in the winding workshop and the vulcanization process, and the organic waste gas was directly discharged.
On the same day, Hebei Shijiazhuang Jiangfeng Rubber Products Co., Ltd. was named because of the failure to implement VOCs remediation requirements.
On August 21, the inspector team found that the rubber binder mixing process of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Northwest Rubber Co., Ltd. did not install VOCs collection and treatment facilities, and the organic waste gas was directly discharged.
On August 20, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment reported that the pollution control facilities of Shanxi Pingyao Baoda Rubber Effective Company were not functioning properly; Shanxi Jinzhong Tongxingtai Rubber Co., Ltd. and Changxing Rubber Co., Ltd. did not implement VOCs remediation requirements.
On August 13, the pollution control facilities of Hebei Hengshui Chengshuo Engineering Rubber Co., Ltd. did not operate normally and was named by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
According to the Tire World Network, at present, the intensive inspectors in the key areas of the Blue Sky Defence War in 2018-2019 entered the second stage.
According to the requirements, 200 inspectors are conducting extensive inspections of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding “2+26” cities.
